Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed as the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders by this Court against the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.1627/2021 in Cr.No.17/2021 dated 22.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1627 of 2021 in Cr.No.17/2021 dated 22.02.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioners regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1627 of 2021 in Cr.No.17/2021 dated 22.02.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 20/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
