PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to withdraw the FIR in Cr.No.809 of 2019 pending on the file of S-14 Peerkankaranai Police Station (within the Greater Chennai Limits) and transfer the same to Inspector of Police anti land grab cell having office at O/o. Commissioner of Police, Vepery Chennai.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the FIR in Cr.No.809 of 2019 pending on the file of S-14 Peerkankaranai Police Station (within the Greater Chennai Limits) and transfer the same to Inspector of Police anti land grab cell having office at O/o. Commissioner of Police, Vepery Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation is proceeding effectively and the same will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has been taken place in this case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to effectively continue with the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
