It is stated by Mr.L.Ramesh, learned counsel, that he no longer appears for the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent had expired and they are not in a position to ascertain the details of his legal heirs.

3. Since no steps have been taken for substituting legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. However, if the petitioner is in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

position to locate the whereabouts of the legal heirs and is of the view that the writ petition requires further adjudication, liberty is hereby granted to them to make an appropriate application for reviving the present writ petition, atleast within a period of three months from today.
