Arb Appln.No.125 of 2024 Arb Appln.No.125 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the subject vehicle.

2. In this matter, this Court appointed the Advocate Commissioner vide order dated 07.03.2024. Pursuant to the said order, the Advocate Commissioner had seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant and also filed a report dated 17.04.2024 in this regard. Further, he would submit that he received a sum of Rs.30,000/- as initial remuneration and he had requested for a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration.

4. It is to be noted that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant and also seized the vehicle and now sought for additional remuneration. While so, it is unfortunate that instead of coming forward to pay the additional remuneration, the applicant is seeking time, which cannot be entertained.

5. Therefore, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 29.04.2024.
