Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1660/2021 by order dated 15.02.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. in Cr.No.2/2015 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, E.O.W-II, Namakkal pending investigation.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1660 of 2021 dated 15.02.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1660 of 2021 dated 15.02.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
