According to the respondent, the rental arrears amounting to Rs.3,32,050/- as claimed in the application, for the period from August, 2019 to January, 2022, has been paid and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present application. In the light of the above, the present application stands closed.

2. However, according to the learned AG&OT, as on today still there is rental arrears of Rs.5.93 lakhs from the respondent. Therefore, the respondent is granted four weeks time to settle the said arrears, failing which necessary application may be filed by learned AG&OT before this Court for taking further course of action. In the meantime, the learned AG&OT shall also furnish the details of arrears of rent to the respondent within a period of one week.
