Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.67903/W2/E2/2019, dated 04.12.2019, quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to regularize the petitioners service from her initial date of appointment till 01.06.2006 with all consequential monetary and service benefits by taking note of the order passed in W.P.Nos.10 and 14 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020.

ORDER
The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent dated 04.12.2019 seeking for regularization from the date of initial appointment.
2.In this connection, the learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.4991 of 2015, wherein the learned Single Judge has ordered to regularize the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment only for the purpose of seniority. 3.The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court about the order passed in Rev.Appln.No.60 of 2020 in WA.No.3904 of 2019, dated 17.08.2021, wherein the Division Bench of this Court in a similar matter has rejected the request to treat their regularization from the date of their initial appointment for the purpose of seniority. The instant Writ Petition is covered by the above Judgment. Therefore, there is no merits in the present Writ Petition.
