The Writ Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition to call for the records of seniority list from the 3rd Respondent and published by the 2nd Respondent in E-04-Sewing (DSE) Department tentative list of the candidates provisionally selected for appointment of serial Teachers through employment registration state seniority, is illegal and quash the same and direct the 3rd Respondent to add the name of the Petitioner in the seniority list and send it to the second Respondent.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and third Respondents filed counter affidavit of the third Respondent. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Government Advocate for first & third Respondents and learned counsel for the second Respondent.

4.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the impugned order was passed by the second Respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board, wherein the Petitioner's name was not found in the seniority list for the post the Sewing Teacher.

5.Learned counsel for the second Respondent submitted that the Petitioner has registered her name for employment opportunity with Reg. No.TVD2002F00002281, SSLC on 12.06.2002, HSC on 25.05.2004, BBA on 14.02.2012, Diploma on 24.11.2005 (Apparel/Garments Fashion Technology), Computer course on 25.05.2004. Her date of birth is 01.06.1987 and she belongs to BC community. He further submitted that the qualification for 3/6

teaching sewing (Instructor post)is tailoring course certificate with Technical Teachers Certificate. The Petitioner has not registered the eligible qualification for Sewing Teacher post. Hence the Petitioner was not considered for the post of the Sewing Teacher.

6.After going through the details furnished above and the facts of the case, I find that the Petitioner does not possess the tailoring course certificate with Technical Teachers Certificate for appointing her as instructor (Sewing Teacher). Hence I do not find any merit in this case. 7.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 10.07.2023 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order sai 4/6
