PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.67904/W2/E2/2019 dated 04.12.2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to regularize the petitioner's service from her initial date of appointment till 01.06.2006 with all consequential monetary and service benefits by taking note o f the order passed in W.P.Nos.10 & 14 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020. 1/4
