Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to secure the body of Jabeen Sheriff ,wife of Dean Madar Mohammed, (Passport No.H-4412364 issued in the office of Regional Passport Office Chennai), aged about 28 years, daughter of the petitioner and grand-daughter by name, Jaseena Umma Mohamed, aged 3 years, through the 4th respondent herein from Dean Madar Mohammed, residing at No.10N, Wood Avenue Apt. 422, Linden, New Jersey, U.S.A.- 07036 and to direct the 4th respondent to produce them before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith and hand over the daughter and grand daughter of the petitioner to the custody of the petitioner.
