Challenging the Auction Notification issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.117/2012, dated 23.10.2013, Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

As the impugned Auction Notification dated 23.10.2013 issued by the 2nd Respondent is for a period of 28 months from 01.12.2013 to 31.03.2016, due to efflux of time, the relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner does not survive for consideration.
