This application has been filed to accept the cause title of the petitioners in the main Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the judgment debtor. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the death of the judgment debtor has not been brought to the notice of the Executing Court. Hence, the petitioners are constrained to file the present miscellaneous petition to accept the cause title in the civil revision petition.

3. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause to accept the cause title and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and list this matter on 25.02.2026.
