2. When the matter was posted for admission on 10.07.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned. Even on that day, this Court directed the Trial Court to proceed with the suit in accordance with law without waiting for the order to be passed in the present Civil Revision Petitions. Today, when the matter was listed under the caption for "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, these Civil Revision Petitions are pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
