O R D E R

The prayer in the present writ petition is for a disposal of representation dated 22.02.2019 filed by the petitioner and pending before the 1st respondent. 2.Today, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents confirms receipt of entire arrears of Property Tax from the petitioner till date and places on record, a copy of order dated 06.03.2019 issued by the 1st respondent, disposing of the aforesaid representation. 3.In the light of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. This writ petition is closed recording the aforesaid. No costs.

4.As far as water and sewerage connection is concerned, the same shall be restored forthwith in the light of there being no further arrears of Property Tax. The petitioner is at liberty to take such action as he deems fit in regard to the order dated 06.03.2019 in accordance with law.
