(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have the benefit of the Inspection Report of the TwoMember Team. In a nutshell what it states is all is well. Different parameters had been examined. Thus, there can be no reason to doubt the functioning of the seventh respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the seventh respondent points out that there are schemes of the Government which would compensate the affected party in such a situation and can be availed of.
