O R D E R

This Court passed an order in W.P.No.30318 of 2016 on 31.08.2016 and the operative portion of the order in Paragraph No.9 is extracted hereunder:

Paragraph No:9 In view of all the above, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the school/fifth respondent to present the application with necessary enclosures within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and on as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.

2. Pursuant to the above orders, the District Educational Officer, Gobichettypalayam, passed an order in proceedings Na.Ka.No.5221/A3/2016, dated 21.10.2016. Thus, order passed by this

Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the very same order which was passed earlier has once again issued and the observation made by this Court, has not been followed. All these points on merits are to be adjudicated in the manner known to law and as far as, the contempt application is concerned, this Court directed to consider the application and respondents has also considered the same and passed an order dated 21.10.2016.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
