CRIME NO.469 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23393 of 2021 order dated 06.12.2021 shall report before respondent police station on every Sunday at 10.30 until further orders and pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23393 of 2021 dated 06.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
