This petition is filed to condone the delay of 216 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 2.

Though it is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since the delay is only 216 days in filing the appeal the petition stands ordered and the delay is condoned.
