This instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 29.11.2019, wherein, the petitioner was called upon to explain certain irregularities.

2. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the petitioner died on 08.08.2024 and 2/5

submitted the death certificate of the petitioner in Registration No. D-2024:33-15367-000028. He would further submit that nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
