ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the complaint in Crime No.193 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 3rd respondent to investigate and to file final report 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.193 of 2014 and they have filed a closure report before the Tahsildar, Alanthur, on 27.08.2014.

Under such circumstances, the Tahsildar, Alandur, is directed to transmit the closure report to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alanthur. The 1st respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the defacto complainant so that the defacto complainant can file a protest application.
