This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from giving any permission for the construction of a temple like structure or to provide electricity service connection in the name of anyone, in respect of the petitioner's house site measuring 1400 sq.ft., lying in between the house site Nos.6 and 7 in S.F.No.94/1A1A, Agoor Group Amirthapuram 2/4

Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District by considering her representation dated 14.10.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this writ petition for Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from giving any permission for the construction of a temple like structure in S.F.No.94/1A1A, Agoor Group Amirthapuram Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District and subsequently, construction of the temple was made in some other place and hence, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, the writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
