Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6792/A1/2012, dated 30.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent herein to pass necessary orders thereby re-employing the Petitioner for the period from 01.02.2013 till 31.05.2013 in her superannuated vacancy of the post of Post-Graduate Assistant (Economics) at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiagathurugam, Villupuram District, as per G.O.Ms.No.1643, Education (U2) Department, dated 27.10.1988, along with all other attendant benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that pursuant to the interim order dated 11.02.2013 granted by this Court, the Petitioner was allowed to continue in service till 31.05.2013 and he has received wages.

Recording the said submissions, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for consideration in this matter and hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
