ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint dated 08.06.2015, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the complaint.
