ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to take on file the final report filed in Crime No.1159 of 2017 by the respondent and number the case and issue process and summons to the accused.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.1159 of 2017, the respondent Police completed the enquiry and filed a final report on 28.09.2018 before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and it is pending to be numbered.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to take cognizance, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
