ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 336, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC. in Crime No.111 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint on 17.02.2018 alleging that the petitioner and 2 others have snatched a sum of Rs.3,000/- and damaged the fruit shop of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Opposing the above prayer, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that without there being any basis, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a false representation stating that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner has also involved in previous case registered under Sections 294(b), 384 and 506(ii) IPC.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the previous case registered under Sections 294(b), 384 and 506(ii) IPC., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
