CMP. Nos.5446, 5450 & 5451 of 2024 in CRP. No.2137 of 2021 and CMP. No.16202 of 2021 P.B.BALAJI, J., CMP. Nos.5446, 5450 & 5451 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 261 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent; to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents 1 to 3 as party respondents in the above CRP.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would take me through the common affidavit filed in support of the said Applications and pray for the same being allowed.

3. I have also gone through the common affidavit filed in support of the above Applications and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay in not filing these Applications within time. No counter has been filed as on date to oppose the above Applications despite sufficient opportunities to be granted to the respondent. Accordingly, these Applications are allowed.
