This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the order made in Crl.M.P.No.141 of 2026 passed by the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai dated 13.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made to that effect, he is permitted to withdraw this Revision Case and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
