A.Nos.1336, 1337 of 2021 in C.S.No.406 of 2020 A.Nos.1336, 1337 of 2021 in C.S.No.406 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, These two applications have been filed by the plaintiff seeking to amend and substitute the name of the defendant's company in the long and short cause title and in the statement of addresses in the plaint and also in O.A.No.756 of 2020.

2. In the plaint, the defendant had been described as Dell India Private Limited. A memo had been filed by Mr.S.Diwakar, learned counsel who expressed grievance that he could not even file vaklat on behalf of the defendant, since the defendant had been wrongly described. It is claimed that the correct description of the defendant is Dell International Services India Limited.
