ORDER

Since the writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the allotment order issued in favour of the third respondent, this writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner will have to challenge the same by filing a writ of certiorarified mandamus.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle seeking liberty for the petitioner to challenge the allotment order issued in favour of the third respondent by filing a writ of certiorarified mandamus.
