2. On 05.04.2024, the above applications which have been filed to re-open the case on the side of the plaintiff and to recall P.W.1 for further cross examination, were allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- each and the matter was ordered to be listed on 16.04.2024 for reporting compliance.

3. Today (16.04.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant/1st defendant submitted that the said cost was paid to the 1st respondent/plaintiff through GPay on 09.04.2024 and the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also filed proof of service to that effect.

List the matter on 12.06.2024.
