ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2015 and to take action to remove all things, which are owned by the Company namely, "Grow Rich Real Estate" India Private Company and to hand over vacant possession to the petitioner as early as possible, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the opposite party is the tenant under the petitioner and a criminal case has been registered against the opposite party in Crime No.1 of 2015 and that he is absconding. In the complaint, the petitioner is requesting the police to remove all the things of the opposite party in the house. Since the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

does not disclose any cognizable offence, no positive direction can be given to register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
