ORDER

The present Application has been filed to permit the petitioners to sell the immovable property at No.10/643, 46th Street, 9th Sector, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600 078., morefully described in the Schedule hereunder.

2. Letters of Administration granted by this Court in favour of the petitioners by order dated 25.09.2024.

3. The petitioners have now taken out the present application seeking to sell the property as the same is dilapidated and also since all the petitioners do not reside in Chennai and the said property cannot be put into use with purpose and therefore, they had sought for permission to sell the property jointly.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1482 of 2025 in O.P.No.172 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
