appointment order to the petitioner who is included in Serial No.1 of the Panel Proposal sent by the 2nd respondent as Lecturer (Unani) in the Government Unani Medical College within a time frame.

ORDER

The petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to approve the panel proposals for the post of Lecturer (Unani) for the Panel year 2022-2023 as sent by the 2nd respondent by his letter reference No.8201/E1/2020 dated 26.08.2022 and direct the 1st respondent to issue appointment order to the petitioner who is included in Serial No.1 of the Panel Proposal sent by the 2nd respondent as Lecturer (Unani) in the Government Unani Medical College within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed that the panel proposals for the year 2022-2023 has been forwarded to the first respondent by a communication of the second respondent as early as on 26.08.2022 and the first respondent has been sitting over it for over three years. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to approve the panel or in case of any objections, he is directed to pass a speaking order for the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
