ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's husband by name Suresh, S/o.Mani, aged about 42 years, who is under the illegal custody of the second respondent, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 2.

Alleging that the petitioner's husband Suresh is in the illegal custody of the respondents, the petitioner has moved the present habeas corpus petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's husband has involved in criminal cases, in which, he was granted conditional bail and in order to comply with the condition, he went to the second respondent/police station on 21.03.2022 and thereafter, his whereabouts are not known.

Today, Mr.K.Anandharaj (Mobile No.94982 15406), SubInspector of Police, Bommidi Police Station, Dharmapuri District, is present.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband has been arrested in Sooramangalam Police Station Crime No.41 of 2022 on 25.03.2022 and has been remanded in judicial custody today before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Salem. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to move the appropriate Court for relief.
