A.No.1577 of 2021 in C.S.No.869 of 2017 A.No.1577 of 2021 in C.S.No.869 of 2017 N.SESHASAYEE.J., This Court Vide its order dated 27.07.2021 had allowed both the applications in A.No.1576 of 2021 and A.No.1577 of 2021, filed by the defendants 1 & 2 respectively to condone the delay in filing their written statements, on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the COVID Fund maintained by the Corporation of Chennai, and the said matter is posted for 'reporting compliance' on 17.08.2021. However, the order in A.No.1577 of 2021 was omitted to be typed, and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption " for being mentioned".

2. This Court records that by oversight this error had occurred, and now directs the Registry to issue a fresh order in A.No.1577 of 2021 in C.S.No.869 of 2017, as under :

" This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1133 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.869 of 2017.

2. This application is allowed on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the COVID Fund, maintained by the Corporation of Chennai.

3. Post the matter on 17.08.2021 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
