This application has been filed seeking for reception of additional documents. The additional documents sought to be received are disclosed in the schedule to the affidavit filed in support of this application.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. However, he would submit that the documents allowed to be received can be marked only subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
3. No prejudice would be caused to any party if such a direction is issued by this Court. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the additional documents disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this application are allowed to be received and marked on the side of the plaintiff, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. 1/3
4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks further time to file an appropriate application seeking to reopen and recall PW1 for the purpose of marking documents, which have been allowed to be received by this Court in this order.
