This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.19275 of 2023 in Crl.OP.no.24487 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and hence, the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner shall continue the conditions as already imposed on him.
