Application No. 7254 of 2015 is filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the written statement of the 1st and 2nd defendant.

Application No. 7255 of 2015 is filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the memo of adoption of the 3rd and 4th defendant.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs opposed these applications, considering the fact that the delay is of only 60 days and the same having been explained in the Affidavit filed in support of these applications, this Court is satisfied that both the applications can be allowed. Accordingly, both the applications are allowed.
