Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SAIRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Already, this court by order dated 25.05.2017 in WMP.No.14530 of 2017 in WP.No.13473 of 2017 has granted an interim order on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) before the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Tirupattur, Vellore District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that Order. But, the petitioner has not complied with the said order. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present application to modify
the said conditional order dated 25.05.2017 passed by this Court.
2. Firstly, filing the above application to modify the said conditional order is not maintainable. Further, the reasons stated in the affidavit is not acceptable for modification of the order dated 25.05.2017 passed by this Court.
