This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.244 of 2024 dated 10.01.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of ten days and thereafter, report before the respondent police weekly once ie every saturday at 10.00 a.m.

And thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
