This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the order of the respondent SBI Life Insurance in Ref.No.Nil, dated 28.09.2011.

2. This Court by order dated 12.01.2024, directed the learned counsel for the respondent SBI Life Insurance to settle the benefits of provident fund and one month salary for the petitioner.

3. Today, 23.02.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he received one month salary of Rs.46,983/-.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent SBI Life Insurance submitted that the respondent SBI Life Insurance has settled the provident fund amount for a sum of Rs.1,07,038/- vide cheque No.732851 dated 21.02.2024, in the State Bank of India, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsels on either side, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
