Heard Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.Aparna Nandakumar, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue. With consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued under Regulation 20(1) of the Custom Broker Licensing Regulations, 2013 dated 07.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner has filed reply to the show cause notice and he would contest the matter before the adjudicating authority.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions in response to the show cause notice. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
