ORDER

Alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 5.10.2015 made in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.12096 of 2015, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that by G.O.(D) No.5, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 10.1.2017, the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present contempt petition is closed.
