Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2015 to permit the petitioner's Mini Buses TN-29/Y-9529 and TN-59/E-9014 to ply upto 'Bujanganur' while plying on the route, "Selvapuram to Naickenpalayam" forthwith.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 20.03.2015 to permit her Mini Buses bearing Registration Nos.TN-29/Y-9529 and TN59/E-9014 to ply upto 'Bujanganur' while plying on the route, "Selvapuram to Naickenpalayam" forthwith.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that only on the request of the Panchayat Board President of Kalampalayam, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent/Regional Transport Authority, Mettupalayam Region, Coimbatore, to permit her Mini Buses bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registration Nos.TN-29/Y-9529 and TN-59/E-9014 to ply upto 'Bujanganur' while plying on the route, "Selvapuram to Naickenpalayam" forthwith. But till date, the petitioner's representation has not been answered.

At this point of time, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has sought for some vital particulars viz., i) total population of the Village, ii) extent of the distance sought to be plied by the petitioner and iii) the proper format. But, till date, all these particulars have not been furnished by the petitioner and therefore, her representation could not be disposed of.

Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to furnish the details with regard to the total population of the Village; extent of the distance sought to be plied by her Mini buses and the filing of the proper format, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.
