This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.254 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25682 of 2023 dated 19.01.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) submitted that, the petitioners is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to continue to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioners stands relaxed.
