This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any warrant or summon.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner before the second respondent. However, on the complaint given by one Sofia against the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the first respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
