ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order in IA.No.66 of 2018 in HMOP.No.58 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Villupuram.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the HMOP was already dismissed. As such, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
