GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'notice issued by the second respondent in Notice No.997/Sey.Ku/2025 dated 07.01.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order was misplaced by the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and therefore, a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 6 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'6. I further submit that, I have been served with original impugned order by the second respondent. Due to panic situation I have misplaced the same at somewhere. Therefore the petitioner 1/3

may be pleased to permit to file the same with photocopy of the impugned order'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
