This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8102 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5710 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
