The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to implement the order dated 18.09.2008 made in W.P.No.3647 of 2001.

2.The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.3647 of 2001 challenging the order passed by the respondent therein in proceedings dated 10.10.2000 and direct the respondent to grant marketing development assistance as per the Scheme announced by the Government of India for participation in the Fair lndia 2000 Industrial Exhibition held at Dhahran Industrial Exhibition Centre, Saudi Arabia from 18th to 24th September, 2000. The writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 18.09.2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The present writ petition has been filed after a lapse of seven years in the year 2015 with a prayer to direct the respondent to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3647 of 2001. A writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be entertained for execution of the orders passed by this Court in another writ petition. Thus, the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
